Refunds for insurance premiums are processed directly by the insurance carrier in accordance with the specific terms of your policy. Most policies include a "free look" period (typically 10-30 days) during which you can cancel for a full refund.
If you wish to cancel your policy, please contact our support team or your insurance carrier directly. Any unearned premium will be refunded on a pro-rata or short-rate basis as defined in the policy document.
Any administrative or consulting fees paid directly to Insurance Center Hub are generally non-refundable once the service has been performed, unless otherwise specified in your engagement agreement.
